School of Spirituality (SOS)
The NDV School of Spirituality is a work of the three branches of the Institute. This is a 4-week stay-in formation program for those who desire to deepen their personal relationship with Jesus Christ and who seek to participate more effectively in the life and mission of the Church. The sessions are held at the Center of Solitude in Encanto, Angat once every two (2) years during the months of April and May. The first NDV SOS took place in 2009 and then in 2011, 2013 and 2015.
NDV SOS aims to present a way of life uniting prayer and mission grounded on Sacred Scriptures, Church doctrine, and the teachings of the Carmelite masters as synthesized by Venerable Fr. Marie-Eugene of the Child Jesus in his book I Want to See God.
Participants in this program must be engaged in spiritual formation, education, pastoral work, or Christian community building. They may be diocesan priests, consecrated persons or lay leaders with recommendation from local Ordinary, Superior, Rector and/or Parish Priest [for lay leaders]. The number of participants are limited to 40.
